Appointment cancellation policy we require a 24 hour notice , if you fail to cancel your appointment  within 24 hours in advance you will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.  All services are rendered after signing an initial contract. In the event of any disputes arising from our services, it is hereby stated that no individual or entity is permitted to file a lawsuit against our company. Instead, all disputes must be handled through arbitration or mediation. This policy is in effect to ensure that any disagreements or conflicts are resolved through alternative dispute resolution methods, promoting fair and efficient resolution while avoiding traditional litigation.

We believe that arbitration or mediation provides a constructive and equitable framework for resolving disputes, fostering an environment where conflicts can be addressed with professionalism and impartiality.

It is our expectation that all parties engaging with our company acknowledge and adhere to this dispute resolution policy as a condition of utilizing our services. We trust that this approach will facilitate an equitable and amicable resolution to any potential disagreements that may arise.

Refund Policy:

Customers may request a refund for services within 24 hours of the initial purchase. If a refund request is not made within this time frame, reimbursement for services will not be provided. Any instances of abuse directed towards our employees will result in the forfeiture of the right to reimbursement. Our company reserves the right to deny any refund requests. We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

Customers are entitled to cancel any of our services within 24 hours of the original booking. Failure to cancel within this specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of all payments made, with no option for reimbursement. Please note that this policy is non-negotiable and does not allow for arbitration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

 "We reserve the right to conduct our company's operations virtually from any location, and we specify that the choice of law governing our company is the law of the state of offices physical jurisdiction receiving services from our company, whether conducted virtually or otherwise, agree to be subject to the  contract regulations set forth.

 "When contacting our office, please be advised that you will be served as if you were physically present, for contractual purposes regardless of the virtual nature of the services rendered." Our Pro Se Assistance Provider Advocates offer virtual services tailored to contractual and jurisdictional requirements, steadfastly upholding the legal standards . All contracts submitted to our office are bound by terms, even those involving out-of-state residents. It is important to note that our policy prohibits individuals from initiating lawsuits against us. In the event of a dispute, we mandate arbitration as the designated method for resolving issues.

Our advocates diligently ensure compliance with legal regulations in every state where we operate. By using our services, you expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any court for any reason under any law. Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Arbitration Clause

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services provided by our company including but not limited to any breach of contract, tort, violation of statute, or otherwise, shall be exclusively resolved by binding arbitration.

The arbitration shall take place in the state where the dispute arises and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator who is not an attorney licensed to practice law.

The parties expressly waive their right to file a lawsuit in any court for any reason under any law. Any award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of arbitration, including arbitrator fees and expenses. The prevailing party in the arbitration shall be entitled to recover its reasonable costs incurred in connection with the arbitration.

The parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this arbitration clause and agree to be bound by its terms. If any part of this arbitration clause is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

 Neither party will be represented in arbitration by an attorney 

 By using our services you forfeit your right to use an attorney , lawyer , or counsel for any claim against our company or employees. "Clauses and Policies Regarding Contractual Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:

In the context of our company's service engagements, whether conducted in person or virtually, the establishment of contractual terms and obligations shall be considered to have occurred in the state of where the contract is first initiated. The governing principles of the contract shall be those that predominantly favor the company and align with the legal statutes of jurisdiction unless the laws of the client's state of residence override those of offices  jurisdiction and afford supplemental advantages to the company.

Moreover, it is expressly recognized that upon initiation of engagement with our company, the ensuing contractual relationship shall be construed as if the individual has physically executed the contract in person, irrespective of the geographical location of our company at the time of engagement. The determination of the client's state of residence shall hold no bearing on the contracting of services, whether conducted virtually or in person.

This policy seeks to provide clear delineation of the jurisdictional and legal framework governing our contractual agreements, ensuring that the guiding tenets primarily serve the best interests of the company and comply with the laws , while allowing for the potential application of client state laws that may confer supplementary benefits to the company. Furthermore, it asserts that the engagement with our company, regardless of the client's location, shall be regarded as akin to physically signing the contract, thereby establishing a consistent and legally sound basis for our service provisions."By engaging in any form of communication or interaction with our company, you are deemed to have accepted all associated terms, conditions, policies, clauses, and arbitration.

Upon engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept all related terms, conditions, policies, disclosures, and disclaimers, including our arbitration policy. Please note that no exceptions may supersede our company policy. Our policy is effective nationwide and applies equally in all states. We serviced 48 states. If we are unable to provide any services physically we maintain the right to utilize our office Inter network where virtual services provisions may be connected. Policy Title: False Documentation Policy

This includes, but is not limited to, contracts, applications, certifications, identification, and any other official or business-related documents. Any instance of presenting false documentation will result in immediate termination of services, with no possibility of refund. Additionally, the matter will be reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities for further investigation and potential legal action.

Consequences:

Upon discovery of false documentation, the following actions will be taken:

1. Immediate Termination of Services: The individual or entity responsible for presenting false documentation will have all services terminated immediately, and any ongoing or pending services will be canceled without recourse for refund.

2. Reporting to Law Enforcement: The matter will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities for further investigation and potential legal action in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.

3. Legal and Financial Responsibility: The individual or entity may be held liable for any legal or financial consequences resulting from the presentation of false documentation, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.

Policy Enforcement:

All employees, contractors, clients, and stakeholders are expected to comply with this policy. Any suspected instances of false documentation should be reported to the designated compliance officer or management for immediate review and action. The organization will ensure that all relevant laws and regulations are adhered to in the event of false documentation.
